In 1716 the Grand Duke of Tuscany Cosimo III dei’ Medici set the boundaries of the Chianti production area, known today as Chianti Classico and synonymous with excellence in the wine world. This tasting will give you the opportunity to discover the three types of Chianti Classico DOCG through three wines from different subzones, producers and therefore different philosophies. Thanks to our sommelier, this wine historic that “bears the signature” of at least 80 percent Sangiovese, symbolized by the Black Rooster since 1924, will have no more secrets. In addition, it will be paired with our fantastic selection of Tuscan cheeses!
